Ignite Bold FAQ
Ignite® Bold stands out with its Multi-Fire® flame technology, Comfort$aver® ceramic heating system, and five-in-one installation flexibility (front, left, right, bay, and modular). Its 16-inch-high viewing area and mirror-effect depth create one of the most realistic electric flames available.
You can install Ignite® Bold in five ways — front-facing, left corner, right corner, bay, or modular — all from the same unit. This built-in flexibility reduces the need for multiple SKUs and allows complete design freedom.
Ignite® Bold can do both. It delivers up to 8,530 BTU of supplemental heat when hardwired to 240 V or can operate flame-only for ambiance year-round. Users can also disable heat via the control panel or the Flame Connect App.
Yes. The Dimplex Flame Connect App lets you adjust flame color, brightness, and speed; set timers; and store custom “mood” settings right from your phone.
No. The front glass stays cool-to-the-touch, ensuring safe operation around children and pets. There’s no combustion or carbon monoxide output, making it completely safe for indoor use.
