Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) Policy
To preserve the high-quality standards and reputation of Glen Dimplex Americas (GDAm) products and brands in the online marketplace, GDAm has established a unilateral Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy v.1 (“GDA IMAP Policy 10.21") for Resellers of GDAm products In the U.S. and Canada, effective October 10, 2021.
Please review the below IMAP Policy document. This IMAP Policy is not negotiable and is not an agreement between GDAm and any Reseller or an offer to be accepted or negotiated.
